• ReCAPTCHA no longer effective against en's spambots. Relocated reCAPTCHA's settings to de and fr's LocalSettings, added QuestyCaptcha (which is now functional) for en.

The wfMsgs are broken - don't have time to fix atm, it's an aesthetic problem.
