- ReCAPTCHA no longer effective against en's spambots. Relocated reCAPTCHA's settings to de and fr's LocalSettings, added QuestyCaptcha (which is now functional) for en.
- The wfMsgs are broken - don't have time to fix atm, it's an aesthetic problem.

- TagCloud extension added
- .atys "/extensions/SpecialUploadLocal/UploadLocalDirectory.php" limit added to prevent failure when uploading more than 200 files at once.
