If the image has lot of French - as images with English should be in Category:Encyclopatys/EN.
For very small text (in French and in English) you can use Category:Encyclopatys

Si l'image comporte beaucoup de texte en Français. S'il y a un peu de français (et non gênant pour le propos, par trop petit) on peux la mettre dans Encyclopatys.
