This table is perfect ''IF'' what we want is to link to the language categories, portals and templates. I do not think it is the goal, it is rather to have a single reference document to be used for all languages' categorization pages.  Then it could be copied to them. I hope that in a soon future it can be either substituted or transcluded. With this in mind,  language prefixes are useless (and even give extra work) as the links in language space have to be blue ONLY if the pages exists in the particular language, in order to have a quick way to check it.

This table is perfect IF what we want is to link to the language categories, portals and banner templates. I do not think it is the goal, it is rather to have a single reference document to be used for all languages' categorization pages. Then it could be copied to them. I hope that in a soon future it can be either substituted or transcluded.
