root categories on 2020 March 5th

Using Special:UncategorizedCategories (has lot of empty ones, I added discussion for the one who should not be root -> to find my comments with specialpages )

  1. 44 root categories is far too much LOL
  2. we should create a caterory "old" and use the "delete" (and move under Maintenance and/or WikiAtys) ?

Notes

  1. Category:Todelete very handy to move to enmpty categories or the categories we want to delete (I am going to move my errors under it)
  2. other category trees on the wikis: 🇫🇷 Utilisatrice:Craftjenn/ArboCaté 🇬🇧 en:Wiki_Technical_Guide#Wiki_codes_about_categories but no 🇩🇪  ?
