Using Special:UncategorizedCategories (has lot of empty ones, I added discussion for the one who should not be root -> to find my comments with specialpages )
- 44 root categories is far too much LOL
- we should create a caterory "old" or to "delete" - under Maintenance or WikiAtys ?
Notes:
- Category:Todelete very handy to move to enmpty categories or the categories we want to delete (I am going to move my errors under it)
- Can't find root categories : <categorytree style="margin-left: 30px;" mode="categories" depth="0" showcount"on" hideprefix="never">root</categorytree>

I would perhaps create a category type, with, under:

- animated GIF
